Google Ads, Meta ads, websites and landing pages for physiotherapists, chiropractors, podiatrists, dentists, orthodontists, psychologists and counsellors. Built to book new patients, within the advertising rules your registration depends on.
Clinic owners are usually practitioners first and business owners second. You did not train for six years to learn Google Ads, and most of the marketing offers that land in your inbox are from agencies that have never read the AHPRA advertising guidelines. Allied health marketing has rules the trades do not: no testimonials about clinical outcomes in advertising, no claims you cannot substantiate, no before and after images that encourage unnecessary treatment. We build campaigns that work inside those rules rather than pretending they do not exist.
What a clinic needs is steady: a predictable number of new patient bookings each week, from the suburbs you serve, for the services you want to grow. That is a measurable job and we treat it as one.
Not on the list? Give us a bell.
Five services, each built to produce bookings without putting your registration at risk.
Search campaigns for the conditions and services your patients type, in the suburbs you serve. Copy written inside the AHPRA advertising guidelines. Calls and online bookings tracked to the keyword. Google Ads management.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns for services people do not search for until someone tells them about it: clear aligners, clinical Pilates, a new practitioner, a second location. Meta ads.
A WordPress site with a page per service, practitioner profiles with qualifications, and online booking that connects to your practice software. Websites.
A page per treatment for the ads to land on, so a person searching for shoulder physio reads about shoulder physio and books, instead of scrolling a homepage. Landing pages.
Showing up on Google Maps and in the organic results when someone near you searches for what you do. It takes longer than ads to build, but the enquiries it brings do not cost you a click. Local SEO.
Plug in your numbers. Budget, your average sale, a realistic close rate. We'll model three scenarios (conservative, moderate, optimistic) and show you what the return really looks like on paper.
go on. run it.

Twenty minutes with the practice owner. Which services you want to grow, which suburbs the patients come from, what the booking system is, what the compliance concerns are.
Real search data for your area and your services: volumes, click costs, which clinics are advertising and what they claim. We flag anything a competitor says that the guidelines would not allow, so you know where the line is.
Campaigns by service and suburb, compliant ad copy, negatives, call and booking tracking connected to your practice software, and a landing page per treatment.
Live within 7 days of sign off. Then we work the cost per booking down over the first three months. One plain English report a month.
No lock-in. One invoice covers ads management, landing page changes and testing.
Trades and service businesses, mostly. The discipline is the same for industrial: find the searches that convert, own them, and stop paying for the rest.
Garo founded OCD in 2017 and has 13 years of experience building websites and running campaigns for Australian service businesses. He sets the strategy on every account himself, from Perth, for clinics anywhere in the country.
Danny (Daniel Bridgewater) is the Senior Digital Strategist and owns measurement. He connects the campaign to your phone line and booking system so each new patient is traced to its source without touching clinical records. Before OCD he worked at leading ad and media agencies, including OMD.
You will not be passed to an account manager. The two people who build the work are the two people you call.
Pause over the Christmas close.
Ad copy and landing pages are written against the AHPRA advertising guidelines and the National Law. We will tell you when something you want to say cannot be said.
Danny connects the campaign to your booking system or phone line so every new patient is traced to its source. We connect with the major booking platforms, including Cliniko, Halaxy and Nookal.
Ads, landing page changes, testing and small site updates.
Yes. The AHPRA advertising guidelines restrict what you say, not where you say it. You cannot use patient testimonials about clinical care, make claims you cannot back up, or offer inducements that encourage unnecessary treatment. A campaign that advertises your services, location, availability and practitioner qualifications is fine, and that is what converts anyway.
Most clinics spend from $1,500 a month on Google Ads plus a flat management fee. Clicks on terms like physio near me and dentist near me cost from $5 in Australian metro areas, and dental terms sit at the top of that range. We quote the fee on the first call.
Three channels do most of the work: the Google map pack (which needs a complete Business Profile and steady reviews), search ads for the conditions and services people type, and a website that lets someone book in under a minute on a phone. Referrals from GPs still matter; online is how you stop depending on them.
The rules are the same, the competition is not. Dental terms are the most expensive in health and the search results are full of national dental marketing agencies. A single practice competes by owning its suburb: specific services, specific locations, strong reviews, and a landing page per treatment rather than one generic page.
Google for people with a problem now (back pain, toothache, an injured ankle). Meta for awareness and for services people do not search for yet, like clear aligners or a new practitioner joining. Start with search.
Search campaigns usually produce enquiries in the first week. Cost per booking improves over the first three months as we cut the terms that bring the wrong patients and feed the ones that bring the services you want to grow.
We also run marketing for tradies, automotive marketing for workshops and law firm marketing for legal practices.
