Meta & Facebook Ads · Perth

Facebook ads in Perth that bring in jobs, not likes.

Meta and Facebook ads for Perth service businesses, run by the same people who run your Google Ads. Search catches the person who needs you right now. Meta reaches the ones who will need you next month: the repaint they keep putting off, the aircon before summer, the renovation they are pricing up. Same rule as everything else we do. We count enquiries, not reach.

The problem

Boosted posts are not an ads strategy.

Most tradies have tried Facebook once. Boosted a post, got some likes from mates and people three states away, spent a few hundred dollars and called it a waste. That is not Facebook failing. It is a boost with no targeting, no offer, no page to land on and no way to tell whether a single job came out of it. Run properly, Meta is a different product: the right suburbs, the right age and home ownership, real photos of real jobs, and a lead that lands in your inbox with a name and a number on it.

What you get

What running Meta ads properly involves.

01

Pick the jobs Meta is good at

Emergency work belongs on search. Considered work, where people take weeks to decide, is where Meta earns its place: repaints, renovations, solar, pools, aircon installs, roof restorations. We start with the jobs you want more of and are honest about which platform suits them.

02

Targeting that stays local

Your real service area, not the whole state. Then the people inside it most likely to buy: homeowners, the right age bracket, people who have already been to your site or rung before. No interest-stacking guesswork.

03

Creative from your actual work

Before-and-after photos, a thirty-second clip from the van, a review read out loud. Real jobs beat stock photos every time on Meta, and we build the ads around what you already have rather than sending you a brief.

04

A lead form or a page, whichever converts

Meta's own lead forms keep people on the platform and cost less per enquiry. A landing page qualifies harder and books better jobs. We test both and keep the one that produces work, not the one that produces the nicest numbers.

05

Tracking that counts enquiries, not clicks

Calls, forms and messages tracked back to the ad that produced them, with the conversions fed back to Meta so it learns from real enquiries. The same dashboard you get on the Google side, so you compare the two on one screen.

06

Weekly work on the account

Creative gets tired on Meta faster than on search. Every week we swap what has stopped working, move budget to what has not, and tighten who sees it. Set-and-forget is how boosted posts happen.

What it costs

Priced in writing before anything runs.

Meta ads run on the same terms as everything else here: month to month, the fee in writing before the first dollar is spent, and the ad spend paid straight to Meta from your own account. Whether it runs on its own or alongside your Google Ads changes the fee, so we put the number to you after the first call rather than guess it on a page. Month to month, always. The only exception is a website build, which carries a 12-month minimum term, and that's because we're building you a full site to keep at the end of it. If we don't get you profitable, or at the bare minimum get your management fee back in real job value, we work the next month for free. And the month after. Until it's working.

FAQ

Questions we get, a lot.

Do Facebook ads actually work for trades?

For some jobs, yes. Nobody scrolls Instagram looking for an emergency plumber, so urgent work stays on Google. Jobs people plan for, such as repaints, renovations, solar and aircon installs, are decided over weeks, and that is where Meta earns its place. If your work is all emergency call-outs we will tell you to keep the budget on search.

Should I run Google Ads or Meta ads first?

Google first, nearly always. Search is the person with the problem right now, and it is the fastest way to prove the phone can ring. Meta comes second, once the search account is working, to reach the people who have not started searching yet and to go back after the ones who visited and never rang.

What about Instagram?

Same system. Meta places the ads across Facebook and Instagram from one account, and we let the platform put the budget where your audience is actually looking. You do not need to post on either to run ads on them.

Do I need to be posting on social media for this to work?

No. Ads and organic posting are separate things. A page that has not posted in a year can still run ads that bring in work. If you want the posting handled as well, that is the content engine on the Compound tier, and it is a different conversation.

Lead form or landing page?

Meta's instant forms are cheaper per enquiry but the enquiries are softer, because the person never left their feed. A landing page costs more per lead and books better jobs. We usually start with the form to get volume, then move to the page once there is enough data to compare.

How do you know which jobs came from Meta?

Every call, form and message is tracked back to the ad that produced it, and those conversions are sent back to Meta so it optimises towards real enquiries rather than clicks. You see Google and Meta side by side in the same dashboard.

Do I own the ad account?

Yes. Your Business Manager, your ad account, your billing and your data. If we part ways, pay the final invoice and it all stays with you, history included.
