Google Ads, Meta ads, websites and landing pages for family lawyers, criminal lawyers, traffic lawyers and personal injury firms. Built to bring the matters you want, from the people who can pay for them.
Small and mid-sized firms, usually one to ten practitioners, that are competing with national brands and no-win-no-fee advertisers for the same searches. Legal clicks are among the most expensive in Australia, which means a badly built campaign burns money faster here than in any other industry we work in. Law firm marketing is a precision job: the right practice areas, the right suburbs, ad copy that filters out the people who cannot pay, and a landing page that gets the enquiry before they call the next firm on the list.
Most firms that come to us have a website that lists every practice area on one page, a Google Ads account that a previous agency set up and nobody has touched since, and no idea which enquiries came from where. We fix the measurement first, then the campaign, then the site.
Not on the list? Give us a bell.
Five services, all aimed at a better enquiry: the right matter, the right postcode, a client who can pay.
Search campaigns per practice area and suburb, with ad copy that qualifies before the click and negatives that keep out the people looking for free legal aid or a template. Every call and form is tracked. Google Ads management.
Facebook and Instagram for the practice areas with a long decision: family law, wills and estates, property. Useful for staying in front of someone who has visited the site but not yet called. Meta ads.
A WordPress site with a page per practice area, practitioner profiles, and a contact path that works at 11pm on a phone, because that is when a lot of family law enquiries happen. Websites.
A page per practice area and campaign. A person who searched for a parenting order should not land on a page that also sells conveyancing. Landing pages.
Showing up on Google Maps and in the organic results when someone near you searches for what you do. It takes longer than ads to build, but the enquiries it brings do not cost you a click. Local SEO.
Plug in your numbers. Budget, your average sale, a realistic close rate. We'll model three scenarios (conservative, moderate, optimistic) and show you what the return really looks like on paper.
go on. run it.

Twenty minutes with a partner or practice manager. Which matters are profitable, which you turn away, which suburbs, and how enquiries are handled when they come in.
Search data for your practice areas and city: volumes, click costs (high, in legal), which firms are bidding, and where the gaps are. In legal the gaps are usually suburb level and practice area level, and that is where a small firm wins.
Campaigns by practice area, copy that clears the Uniform Law and the ACL, negatives for the terms that bring unfunded matters, call and form tracking, and a landing page per practice area.
Live within 7 days of sign off. Then the work is cutting the enquiries that waste a solicitor's hour and feeding the ones that open files. A short monthly report shows enquiries by practice area and source.
No lock-in. One invoice covers ads management, landing page changes and testing.
Trades and service businesses, mostly. The discipline is the same for industrial: find the searches that convert, own them, and stop paying for the rest.
Garo started OCD in 2017 and has 13 years of experience running campaigns and building sites for Australian service businesses. He runs the strategy on every account, including the legal ones, from Perth.
Danny (Daniel Bridgewater) is OCD's Senior Digital Strategist and owns tracking. For firms that is call tracking, form tracking and, where the practice management system allows it, enquiry to matter attribution. Before OCD he worked at leading ad and media agencies, including OMD.
Two people, no account manager layer. The person who built your campaign is the person who answers the phone.
Most legal marketing agencies want twelve months. We want the next month to earn the one after it.
Danny sets up call tracking, form tracking and, where your practice management system allows it, matter-level attribution.
Ad copy and landing pages are written with the Legal Profession Uniform Law advertising provisions and the ACL in mind. No specialist claims without accreditation, no guaranteed outcomes.
Ads management, landing page work, testing and the small website changes other agencies bill by the hour.
It depends on practice area. Family law and personal injury clicks in Australian metro areas are among the most expensive there are, so a campaign needs at least $3,000 a month in media spend to buy enough clicks to learn from. Our management fee is flat and we tell you on the first call. The better question is cost per matter: a family law matter worth $8,000 can justify a cost per enquiry that would be absurd for a conveyancing file.
Search ads for the practice areas and suburbs you want, a Google Business Profile with reviews for the map pack, and a website with a page per practice area that answers the first three questions a client has before they ring. Directories like LawPath and Doyle's help with trust but not volume. Meta ads work for awareness in family law and estate planning, where people are thinking before they search.
Yes. Legal advertising is permitted and heavily used. The constraints are the Legal Profession Uniform Law (no misleading claims, no specialist accreditation claims unless you hold them) and the ACL. Google also restricts some personal injury and no-win-no-fee wording. We write copy that clears all three.
Because the matters are valuable and national firms bid accordingly. The way a small firm competes is not by outbidding them; it is by being more specific. A campaign for family lawyer Joondalup with a landing page about parenting arrangements will beat a national firm's generic family law ad in that suburb at a fraction of the bid.
For some practice areas. Family law, wills and estates and property have decision cycles long enough for Meta to work. Criminal and traffic law are urgent and belong on search. We start with Google and add Meta where the practice area supports it.
Search campaigns usually bring enquiries in the first week. The first three months are about cutting the terms that bring the wrong matters (and there are many in legal) and feeding the ones that bring the right ones.
We also run marketing for tradies, automotive marketing for workshops and allied health marketing for clinics.
